The Role:

As a 3D Printing Engineer, you will own projects; taking designs from concept through slicing, fabrication, testing, and implementation. You will contribute to overall machine system architecture. A strong background in hardware or Work Preperation engineering is essential, as you will be responsible for developing machinery from concept to realization within our factories.

What we are looking for:

• Develop and improve our existing high-speed printers in collaboration with our engineering team.

• Perform slicing, convert models into 3D-print files, and test and monitor prints during the prototype phase.

• Optimize prints by focusing on material usage, print time, and success rates.

• Apply first-principles thinking to analyze problems, define test methods, evaluate solutions, and iterate effectively.

After a certain period of gaining experience and knowledge, opportunities may arise to advance to roles such as Process Engineer or Director of Engineering.
